Pilates is a result proven exercise that strengthens the body's core muscles, the back and abdominal areas. Power Pilates blends cardio, strength training using handheld weights, small balls and resistance bands to maximize results and engage all other muscle groups, creating long, strong and lean muscles. Each class uses standing and classic mat work, ending with stretch and relaxation. This class will make you stronger and improve how you look and feel. No two classes are the same and are taught for all fitness levels. Modifications are always offered.
